NEW CUSTOMERS
Please register with our website and create a profile. You will need to have a valid business and EIN number to be able to register. We will review the application and once approved you will be able to make purchases.

PAYMENT
We provide many payment types to our customers. If you wish to make purchases with COD  (Cash on Delivery) then you will need to contact us first.

If you wish to make payment via Check then please send a clear image of the front and back to orders.blueskyusa@gmail.com with the customer name/invoice# and date on the subject line.

After doing so please mail the check to 11500 Harry Hines Blvd STE 111 Dallas, Tx, 75229.

Customers who have a proven history and is in good standing with Blue Sky USA may request for payment terms. This will be approved at our discretion. (Credit Card authorization is required for payment terms)

ORDER FULFILMENT
Order turnaround time is estimated to be fulfilled same day but may take 24 hours to fulfill. Shipping may be delayed to the next day if orders are not received by 1pm CST. We ship exclusively with UPS Ground so deliveries may take 2-5 business days depending on shipping location.

ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer may cancel the order before the order has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled the transaction is posted then cancellation may not be an option. The customer may request to have the item returned, but 

PAYMENT ISSUES-
If customer does not pay on time or their payment is declined/bounced then Blue Sky USA will make an attempt to receive payment by contacting the customer via call/text/email/mail. If attempts are unsuccessful or customer is not acting in good faith Blue Sky USA will escalate by sending the debt to a collection agency or collect payment through legal means.

At Blue Sky USA's discretion if the customer is not in good standing then future orders will require full payment before orders can be fulfilled. Blue Sky USA can also decide to refuse service if customer history is not in good standing and there is no resolution to the issue.
